Language Interpreter

Advanced English required.

The Language Interpreter is responsible for rendering the meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between English and Spanish speakers. Processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences and is professional and courteous at all times.

The interpreter uses appropriate terminology and understands common industry procedures and practices. Interpreting assignments may be technical or non-technical in the following fields: healthcare, government services and education.

Chat Representative, Guest Experience

Intermediate & Advanced English.

As a Guest Experience representative, our collaborators will serve guests via Chat 80%, Voice 20% to provide professional and quality service.

In charge of creating a genuine, customer friendly experience throughout chat demonstrating an impeccable written grammar. Provides assistance in a helpful, accurate and timely manner while complying and staying abreast of policies and ensuring value-added interactions.

Availability: WAHA temporary, Bring Your Own Device friendly.
